Before you can recruit the right person to the right job you need to understand not only the candidate’s profile but that of the role itself. It enables you to understand the behavioral characteristics of an individual, job profiling also helps you identify the behavioral requirements of a job. The results are plotted on a result page. You can then compare the profile against that of the job profile to assess how well that person would ‘fit’ the role.
